Payments
A minimum Deposit/Administrative Fee of $200.00 is necessary in order to reserve a space. The $200 Deposit/Administrative Fee is composed of a $100 Administrative Fee (Non-Refundable) and a $100 Deposit. The $100 Deposit is refundable upon the completion of the terms of the Residential Lease, subject to any necessary cleaning charges and/or outstanding rent balances. The deposit is refundable solely at the discretion of Sober Living in Delray, LLC
You will be charged a pro-rated amount of $30 per night for the fraction of your first week if you move in on any day other than Sunday. This pro-rated rent will be due your second week here, when you begin paying weekly rent. (For example, if you move in on a Thursday, you will be charged $90.00 for the first three nights - Thursday, Friday and Saturday - that you live here. The next day, Sunday, will begin your first full week here, which you've paid for in your $630.00 intake payment. Your next rent will be due that following Sunday, and will include your pro-rated rent amount plus $215.00 for the current weeks rent due. Thereafter, the flat weekly rate of $215.00 applies.)
All payments are applied first to any outstanding balances and then to any current amounts due. Rent is due on a weekly basis (i.e., from Sunday to Sunday) and is due on the Sunday immediately preceding the following rental week. There are no partial refunds available for individuals leaving before the end of the rental week and/or prior to the full term of the rental agreement.
The Client Cash Account is an additional service that Sober Living in Delray provides for our residents. All Payments for the Client Cash Account are subject to an additional 5% Service Fee, which will be charged in addition to the amounts to be allocated to the individual client’s cash account. Any credits will be refunded upon the completion of the terms of the Residential Lease, subject to any necessary cleaning charges and/or outstanding rent balances.
All Internet transactions are Final, and are not subject to reversal and/or cancellation. You will be directed to a secure website where you will enter your personal credit card and/or bank account information (Note: Sober Living will not have access to that information), and by authorizing said payment you acknowledge acceptance of the Internet Transaction Policy as stated herein.
Any partial refunds are at the sole discretion of Sober Living in Delray, LLC and will be made within 30 days, in the form of a check from Sober Living in Delray, LLC, forwarded by the U.S. Mail.
